Green beans, tomato and mushrooms

How cute!
It is not the small tomato you seen in supermarket.

Green beans

Brisket part and loin part of chicken.
For the loin part,  the hint of its grilling method came from the Italian cuisine Galantine and the advice from the cook of Japan No. 1 Italian restaurant.
Flexible and elastic texture, and well-grilled brisket is done!
For the brisket part,  it is cooked in low temperature to keep the soft texture of the meat.

Of course,
the soup is chicken based.
