#Gourmet ♪ Yakinuku (Grilled meat) PARTY w/o the Smoke!? @ LUMINE EST SHINJUKU

Just in time for the winter season, a pit stop of sorts for shoppers on the go!One important concept must be adhered to when finding food whilst shopping, the more fashionable the shop, the better!Fashion can actually be "carnivorous" at this shop catering the meaty dishes. Today we'll introduce you to a cute yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant located on the 8th floor of Shinjuku's Lumine Est. department store.

What is ルミネ (LUMINE) ?

Shibuya, Ikebukuro and Yuraku-cho etc…Each Lumine location is actually attached to their respective stations.
Upon arriving from the train, your shopping can begin immediately! Just like Japan to make shopping even more convenient! Lumine comes from the French word “luminarie” , meaning, “light” and, fusing this with the English word “illumination” we see the birth of the name, “LUMINE”. Sounds right...right?
From the South exit of Shinjuku Station, there are two Lumine Shops, 1 and 2. They are both connected in Shinjuku via the East exit including the “LUMINE EST Shinjuku store”.

For fashionable girls there is a "grill without smoke" in order to enjoy the barbecue without taking the smell home with you !!

Yakiniku Shop Butcher

The meaning of the name "Boucherie" in French is "butcher",  and Yakiniku literally translates to "grilled meat" in Japanese. The atmosphere of the shop is very bright and attractive to the eyes.
But even though it's a Yakiniku shop, why is there no smoke anywhere to be found?

It's no magic trick, just disappearing smoke

This shop is not filled with smoke, nor does it have massive fans that suck all the air out of the room. Giving its guests that the odor of meat will not stick with them as they venture outside. ...

It is a veritable fashionable grilled meat restaurant. What a fresh idea!^^

The way to a woman's Heart... ^^

Carefully selected meat such as  "Shinshu Sakurai beef" is selected by the restaurant's meat wholesale company.

Stylish cattle plates are used to deliver your generously lean cut meat.
After tossing on the grill we enjoyed the juicy flavor of each bite.

(Middle) Japanese beef of 5 types 2,500 yen (tax included)
(Right) four samplers (smoked, marinated, Atsugiri, sliced) 1,380 yen (tax included)

Sayonara Smoke, Hello Healthy Grill!

Fashionable fine dining with a mysterious roaster.
A mechanism in which smoke does not come out have a lot of merit.

The grill is designed so the oil from the meat doesn't drop back into the fire below. Also an extensive pipe network helps to ensure the smell doesn't stick on you.
Once the water in the pipe network reach 100 ℃ , they
do not even leave smoke, and leave no residue of the smoky smell.

Yakiniku Sauce

Out of these eight delicious sauces, you may choose up to three.

Green onion salt lemon sauce
Ponzu sauce
Berry Balsamic source
Red Sangria source
Green dipping sauce
Apple Bagna cauda
Kas - Nuts dip
Seasoning herbs

To each his/her own!

Fresh Vegetables

Assorted vegetables including colorful seasonal vegetables add color to your grill.
We may be carnivorous but we are still civil ^^

Colorful Flavored Water^^

Two types of fruity flavored drinks can be found at the drink bar.
(But, the meat is still definitely our favorite !!)

Not to be mistaken with a cafe, however it does have such a fashionable comfortable vibe as such.
There's table seating and also counter seating, so you can enjoy your "carnivorous gathering" any number of a group of friends.
Also since the Yakiniku Boucherie is located right in Lumine Est Shinjuku, you can grab a bite in between shopping without worry or care.

Delicious grilled meat, an enticing meal menu, playful desserts, colorful soft drinks...
Take materialism to your tastebuds with this No Smoke Yakiniku shop^^
