If you don't want to take the Shinkansen this time, don't worry, you can still take buses from Shinjuku and Ikeburuko. For Shinjuku, you can find the ticket booth in front the the electronics store, Big Camera. For Ikeburuko, you can find the the ticket booth in front store GU.
