Started in 1978, Gion Tsujiri tries to promote the correct ways of making and drinking green tea to the young generation and hopes that everyone can experience the original taste of this Japanese tea.

They have 4 shops opened in Japan (3 shops in Kyoto and 1 shop in Tokyo).

For this tea parfait, you can taste matcha and roasted green tea ice cream and other toppings like mochi, green tea jelly etc. together. Even the fresh cream is made with green tea!

On 3 August, Nanaya Shizuoka Matcha Sweet Factory opened their first retail shop in Shibuya. At this shop, you can taste their Premium Matcha Gelato.

If your like the bitterness of matcha, this is a good place for you to visit. According to the bitterness of the green tea, they make 7 different levels for their Premium Matcha Gelato.
