What can be better than getting in a hot bath after a busy (shopping?) day!
Other than hot springs, actually there is another option for you which is the public bath (Sento). Traditional Sento may give you the image "old" and "not clean". However, today we are going to give you a new image of the sento in Tokyo!!
01. Hisamatsuyu

The first time I walked pass Hisamatsuyu in Nerima-ku, I thought it is a newly built gallery or something like that. However, it is actually a public bath that is renewed and reopened in 2014.

Simple but stylish design can also be found at the front desk area. After getting in the hot bath, you can sit and relax in this waiting area too.

Inside the spacious bathing area, there are different kinds of bath that you can try, like the electric bath and open-air outdoor bath.
The new "projection mapping" is showing on the wall too! How cool is that!

Located in the well-known high-end fashion area, Omotesando, just 5 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro's Omotesando Station, you can find this great sento.
A good place to visit after a crazy shopping time on Omotesando street!

Various bath are available at Shimizuyu, for example, the jet bath above and high concentration carbonated spring. If you want to try the sauna too, you can join the sauna course at 1,000 yen (sento is included).
