#Food ♪Make a Monjayaki

Monjayaki (もんじゃ焼き)
Simply it is called Monja.
It is a type of Japanese pan-fried dish mixed with various ingredients.

For the one who know Okonomiyaki (お好み焼き),
it is originally from West Japan, Osaka in Kansai Region.

On the other hand,
Monjayaki is a specialty of East Japan, Tokyo in Kanto Region.





Let's see how to make it!

Here we go!



Start!

Heat up the pan with oil! That's basic!



Put the ingredients on the pan.
Notice that remain the liquid soup on the bowl. 




Mix and stir-fry



Chop



Make a circle on the pan



Make it firm



Pour the remaining soup carefully inside the circle



Don't let the soup to come out! 



wait for a while



Stir




Look!
it seems to be done 










Isn't it simple?

Last, just eat directly off from the grill using a small spatula : )

Watch out! it should be hot lol
