#Tokyo♪Gourmet The Japanese Beef, Sushi, Skewers, High Quality All-You-Can-Eat dishes of Hassan

Tokyo Gourmet in Roppongi: The Japanese Beef, Sushi, Skewers, High Quality All-You-Can-Eat Dishes of Hassan

The purpose of traveling to Japan...
You can stack reasons upon reasons about why you
want to travel to this beautiful set of islands, but what
it all boils down to is the FOOD.
Well for example, if you're traveling to a place called
Roppongi in Tokyo... something to not be overlooked
is a special observatory on the 52nd floor of the
Roppongi Hills, known as one of the best views in Tokyo:
"Tokyo City View".

And who could forget the hot, steamy "Burlesque"
quirky club culture of Roppongi? ...

By the way, while you enjoy these things
there is also a delicious place to dine with
large hearty meals to satisfy any appetite.
Shall we take a look?

A menu you can build a trip around:
 Hassan

Enjoy sushi, Kobe beef sukiyaki, delicious meat in the
shape of the mighty Mt. Fuji, and shabu-shabu while
realizing the true extent of your taste buds...
Up until now we have introduced a number of hot
places here in Roppongi, and it seems like it was all just
a scheme to get us to here, to Hassan.
Since this is the 4th time we're introducing it we will
focus on the taste, and give you a visual taste-test into
their delicious new menu.

Introduction to Hassan's all-you-can-eat!

Oh!! This time, we'll be introducing a new "All-you-can-eat"

Gourmet dinner for two

The private rooms are the perfect setting
for a gourmet dinner with two people.
"We can... eat, eat, eat, eat, and also eat, eat, eat,
take a rest, then eat some more ... ^^"

Delicious, necessary, and reasonable ...

This constitutes an all-you-can-eat set from Hassan.
A tasty parade of flavors... ^^ a delicate balance of beef
and seafood on the table on the same time. Kushiage
on the right and sushi on the left as well as seasonal
vegetables such as lettuce, carrots, paprika, radish,
and watercress. Safe to say that they have truly
(literally) cooked up a versatile lineup. Wasabi,
Yuzukosho and regular pepper are available for
 for a variety of tastes.

Mouth preparation exercise - Appetizers

Is there really a point to having appetizers at an
all-you-can-eat?! We'd like to say YES! Talk about
truly serving up something delicious!
 (left)

Tofu made from mugwort and sesame seeds
and shrimp.
(right)
Stewed lotus root along with beef.

Today's hero is the Wagyu!

Taste the all-you-can-eat grilled beef. ^^
This is not just beef, it's "A4 grade", so it is essentially
some of the highest-quality beef immediately below the
highest grade of "A5"! Direct your attention to the
marbling that appears when cooked just right to medium-
rare specifications. In Japan, the marbling is called "斜視
(sashi)"
This "sashi" can be found on a lot of beef, and it
appears similar to frost when it's cold out.

Bringing the focus over to the meat and what
really makes it so good? The combination of
spices used to season it? Or maybe the dripping
wet juiciness of it? ...
If by now you're not already worked up as much
we are you should check your pulse and make sure
you're still living! ^^

Okawari!

One word you should get to know at
this delicious dining establishment is
"okawari" (more please).
It's a word you can shout at any moment and
your table will be refreshed with more steaming
"all-you-can-eat" dishes for you to enjoy. So feel free
to call out to the staff at anytime.

The finishing touch after eating meat: a variety of vegetables

The satisfaction of eating the grilled meat is only topped
by the addition of various flavors wrapped in vegetables
including lettuce, paprika, carrots, and white radish, etc...
In Japan this meal may be a cheap route for enjoying a
lot of the very delicious yet expensive wagyu. Take
advantage of this deal before it's finished!

Seasoning is where it's at!

Really? ... We got more than one option to choose from?
That's right, you can choose from the red pepper paste,
wasabi, or yuzukosho.

Always happy!
Wrapped in juicy vegetables, grab your new favorite
beef and enjoy a surge of flavor! Makes us giggle like
little schoolgirls imagining all the combinations of
flavors you can arrange.

Challenging the Yuzukosho !

Because you can enjoy the earlier mentioned peppers
at anytime, why not give it a try in small portions?....
But be warned, the yuzukosho is a bit spicy!
Just for the experience we recommend trying
all the spices!

Ah, the timeless Ponzu

Ponzu is a citrus based sauce usually used with Japanese
cuisine which leaves the softness of the beef intact,
and pulls out the rich flavoring while leaving a feeling of
a little bit of greasiness.

The next refreshing aroma

The second and equally as important part of the
menu is another delight that can't be missed.. The sushi.
Tuna, sea urchin, negitoro, line the fully order-able menu
and to make matters worse, seasonal fish also make their
appearance. How will we ever choose now?....
This season, the gizzard shad, and the silver-stripe round
herring are apparently in season, so expect to find them
on the menu during this time of the year.

Basic sushi is also wonderful!

Salmon, flounder, salmon roe, etc. familiar basic sushi
also blew us away, showcased the skill and professionalism
exhibited by Hassan. ^^

Bite into a delicacy: Kushiage

Taste and shape alike are lovely. Bite sized pieces of kushiage
(skewers) to wet your appetite.

A fried transformation of flavor and taste

With meats/fish such as pork, chicken, shrimp, dumplings and
vegetables like taro, sweet potatoes, asparagus to shellfish
such as scallops. The aroma itself will get your chopsticks
hovering over it pleasantly crunching your way through
each one.

If you want more just ask

Even though it's an all-you-can-eat, you can find
time to unwind and relax in the private rooms.
Not having to get up to get more food is one of the
benefits of Hassan as smiling waitresses are
always nearby and anxious to serve.

Hearty variety of cuisines in abundant proportions

Roppongi is not in the slightest bit
a dispensable location, but it instead provides a
competitive take on the "all-you-can-eat" venues
that have sprouted up all around Tokyo. For most
individuals who visit Japan, you may find the portions
are considerably smaller than what you're used to
back home. For this reason, getting the right amount
of food for your money is possible at Hassan.

Come to Roppongi to experience the gourmet side
of Japanese cuisine and to exceed your expectations. ^^

During a family trip this venue is highly recommended
to truly get a wide variety of dishes that the whole
family can share and get the unique experience of
trying many different types of Japanese food.
