However, there are still many local attractions in Japan still haven't been yet known or discovered.
Since JAPANKURU started to share our experience in Japan,

This time, let us bring you guys to a very interesting place.
That 's Chichibu, a city in Tokyo suburb.

This shrine is a symbol of Chichibu.
Chichibu Festival Hall
Traditional activitiy "Chichibu Night Festival" is held on the 2nd and 3rd day of every December.
Having 300 years of history, is one of the three major festivals in Japan.
Here, you can feel the atmosphere of "Chichibu Night Festival" and learn its history and related activities.

You can see the buckwheat flowers here in Chichibu!

We always have chance to eat buckwheat noodles(soba),
but it is our first time to see buckwheat flowers.

It is a famous brewed local liquor in Chichibu.
Sake, shochu, wine and a variety of liquor are available to taste and buy.

Pilgrimage to 34 Sacred Temples in Chichibu
The pilgrimage road connecting the 34 sacred temples in Chichibu extends over a distance of about 100 km from No. 1 Shimabuji Temple to No. 34 Suisenji Temple.
At the same time, you might also enjoy the landscape of leisurely nature.
